Steve DeCarlow & Jack Monteith.

Over 20 years ago, DeCarlow Homes started with a simple yet inspired concept of building custom, quality homes with input from the homebuyer. From this premise, the company strives to continuously improve every aspect of both the home building and home buying experience. Having built over 1000 homes with floor plans that are open and spacious and the use of quality materials and uncompromising craftsmanship, it’s no wonder DeCarlow Homes was awarded the Home-Builder of the Year by the Homebuilders Association of Jackson County in 1987, 1999 and 2002

DeCarlow Homes is a family business with their early beginning in the Greensprings, and today they are the second generation builders under the DeCarlow name.  Wilke Moore, their grandfather, started building over 40 years ago.  They are members of the National Association of Homebuilders and the Homebuilder’s Association of Jackson County. Their family tradition of providing quality construction and exceptional customer service before, during and after the sale continues today.  They are the largest and most respected builder in Southern Oregon.
